Hadley Ward is the only psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) for the counties of Herefordshire and Worcestershire. This lecture will explore the practical and ethical aspects of supporting the recovery of patients who have a diagnosis of mental illness and whose behaviour challenges those caring for them.
